Yes, Lytics lets you build segments based on who has seen or engaged with your web personalization campaigns. Our goal is to make it simple and intuitive to add these individuals to existing segments and follow up with them with future marketing campaigns.
Here’s how it works:
Edit existing segments or create a new one: When you click on “Campaigns” you’ll see all of your published and archived web personalization campaigns to choose from. In the example below, we’re creating a new segment so that we can follow up with website signups over another marketing channel.
Segment by reach, conversion, or both: When you click on the campaign you’re interested in, you can target users who saw the campaign (reached) or who clicked on it (converted).
Finish building your segment: After you’ve decided who to target, click the “add condition” button and finish building your segment in the Segment Builder. From here, you can add additional rules and use this audience in other marketing communications.
