You can verify that data is coming into Lytics by clicking "Data" -> Data Streams. The default data stream will be your web data and then you will see your other integrations in the stream names. Each stream page will show you the last time we received data.

To verify data is being exported from Lytics you can always check in the tool in question, but you can also take a look at Data -> Integrations -> integration in question -> Overview. The Overview page will show you the history of activity for the integration.
