Lytics Segment Machine Learning (SegmentML) is a proprietary Machine Learning service that allows marketers to build ML models on-the-fly to predict custom user behavior. SegmentML predictions measure the likelihood a user is to perform an action (e.g., purchase) or make a state change (e.g., churn). The underlying models used in SegmentML incorporate data from user profiles, including behavioral scores, content affinity, and demographic information.
