The JavaScript library is not working or causing an error.

If you are encountering a JavaScript library error, please send a detailed message to support@lytics.io containing the following information:

 

  • Full URL the error is occurring on
  • Reproduction steps (if any) that trigger the error
  • A screenshot of the “Console” tab in Chrome inspector
  • A full copy/paste of the logs that contain information about the error
