Out of the box, Lytics gives you six behavioral scores to help you better understand and target your users: Quantity, Frequency, Recency, Intensity, Momentum, and Propensity.
These scores are self-learning — they require no manual input, generate automatically and are self-maintaining. This means that a segment created today using a score will be as effective in six months as it is today.
To use Lytics scores when building a segment, click on the “Audience” tab and click the green “Create a Segment” button. Now, click on “Custom Rule” and then click on the “Source” drop down. Since the data source that we’re looking for is “Lytics Scores” we’ll click on that option from the drop down.
