Lytics lets you exclude or include a group of users when building segments in the Segment Builder. You can exclude an existing audience or simply build the exclusion with the segment itself. To build an exclusion within the segment, you’ll first need to decide who you want to exclude (e.g., users in a certain region, anyone who visited your website in the past seven days, existing customers, anyone with a negative support ticket open).
