The most common reason for a data load issue with Silverpop is the FTP/SFTP folder not working as expected. This is a potential gotcha even when the API itself is bypassing the FTP, which can impact the Lytics integration.
To resolve this, log into your Silverpop FTP and make sure you have an upload and download directory and that you are able to access them. Once you have confirmed that you have directories and can access them try re-authorizing Silverpop from within Lytics.
